Sub based on 1 serving 6" 240 calories

1 - Whole Wheat French Bread
1oz - Fat-free Ham
1oz - Low fat Turkey 
1oz - Low fat cheese (I use baby Swiss) 
 1tbsp - Any fat-free dressing or mustard                             
         Lettuce
         Tomatoes
         Pickles
         Cucumber

Cut sub bread in half the long way, place meat & cheese on each side of bread.  Broil in oven until cheese melts & take out.  Put on lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and drizzle on mustard.  Place breads back together & enjoy.

Green Beans
Popcorn Chicken (Fast Fixin)
Au Jus Gravy
Shredded Cheese low fat

Put chicken in the oven, takes about 30 minutes.  We like this chicken because it has the lowest fat per serving 8g.  Make potatoes for the amount of servings needed minus the butter.  Cook green beans and heat up the gravy.  One everything is done get a bowl and put 1 cup of potatoes in bowl.  Add up to a cup of green beans (depends on how many you want to eat) and measure 2 oz of chicken & 1 oz of shredded cheese.  Top with 1/4 cup of gravy.
